Our chef demonstrates an elaborate cake design and the teams are given a short time to race to the finished culinary masterpiece.

With cream and sponge flying, the results are then eaten by the teams, if they dare.










The teams task is to make the most tasty and unusual cake for the celebrity Chef.

The teams are provided with all the ingredients and some coaching by the resident pastry chef to create a culinary masterpiece (the teams must be prepared to eat their creation)

This event is very suitable as a ‘short break’ in a conference or at the end to finish on a high note.

Suitable for groups of 10– 300 persons.
